Register-SPWorkflowService : The Root of the certificate chain is not the trusted root authority

Hi

i reading any answer about this error.but

 My problem was not resolved.

when run this:

Register-SPWorkflowService -SPSite "https://server9/sites/rd" -WorkflowHostUri "https://server10:12290"

error:The Root of the certificate chain is not the trusted root authority apear

i reading and running this answer:

but when browse:https://server10:12290...certificate error apear

please help me.
